Meet Dr. Matthew James Lane

Dr. Matthew James Lane, MS, DVM, CCRT is a native of the Texas Panhandle, and attended West Texas A&M in Canyon, Texas before transferring to Colorado State, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology. He furthered his studies in Anatomy and Neurobiology, receiving his Master’s degree, and ultimately completed his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2004. Among his many other talents, Dr. Lane is also a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist.

Dr. Lane’s biggest achievement of all is the family he has created with Nancy, with whom he has three children. Their oldest daughter Lexi, their second daughter, Landi, and their youngest son, McCrae. They have adopted two dachshunds named Heidi and Beatrice from the DFW Dachshund Rescue Group.
